I received before I gave. The morning belonged to the subtle body first.
I checked what was underneath my creating today — and it was clean.
I looked at the sky. I let myself be small without it meaning less.
I nourished the instrument that the work moves through.
At least once today I noticed the witness — the one who is always already here.
I did not mistake the work for what I am. Færie moves through me. I am not Færie.
I released the day without needing it to have been different than it was.
What never changes
The practices will vary. Some mornings the stillness will be deep. Some days the midday anchor will be forgotten. None of this means the remembrance failed.

The Atman does not require your consistency to remain. It is there on the days you practice and the days you forget. The only thing the practice does is make the forgetting shorter.

You untied the knot. Now you learn what it is to move without it.
